With centrifugation, size matters. The SYGEN centrifugal apparatus is purpose-built to offer best in-class performance. The big, robust chassis offers whisper-quiet operation at any speed.
The die-cast rotor manages speeds up to 5000 rpm and all spin parameters are adjustable through the control panel to execute any desirable spin protocol.
Zero-brake technology allows the rotor to gently decelerate so it does not disrupt PRP separation profiles.
Up to four PRP samples can be simultaneously spun in the swinging buckets. Contrary to fixed angle systems, horizontal separation achieves optimum PRP yields with even cell distribution and prevents side-wall pellets. Such pellets are hard to remove and get disrupted during the process thus losing out platelet yields.
